Question: I need my ovaries GONE !! Anywhere in WA state I can "donate" to!?
I need them gone, and don't ask why, it's a long, boring story!. But I need a place that will either pay me or just pay the bill, so I can just get them removed and donate them!. I don't care where they go, but I don't have jack for money, and no way of a job, since I'm in so much pain!. Anybody know anywhere that I can do that in WA state, or maybe a website for info!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you can't "donate" your ovaries!. There is not a viable transplant procedure for such a thing!.
Secondly, if you're in so much pain, then see public or social services and get medicaide!.!.!.!.that's what its there for!.
Finally, I don't think that ANY doctor in their right mind (or worth the paper their degree is printed on) will perform an oophorectomy on you unless you have ovarian cancer or some other ovarian-related illness that is threatening your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

While ovary donation has occurred the only record of it has been between close relatives (ie sisters) Even in that case the ovary would have to be healthy which doesn't sound to be the case with you!. If it is then no reputable doctor will remove two healthy ovaries!. So this isn't a viable option for you!.

Actually, the idea about donating eggs is not a bad one; you have to be on hormone support so they can harvest several eggs, and it might help with the pain!. I feel for you!. I had that same problem, and had a hysterectomy (they take the uterus too, since it doesn't do anything without the ovaries)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Didn't know you could donate your ovaries!. But if you do you will suffer just like some women who have had hysterectomies!. You will have to take pills everyday for the rest of your life!. AND you'll be very grouchy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
