Question: Why does!.!.!.!?
Being hit in the boobs hurt us girls so much!. Especially during your period!. Ouch! I got hit there today in school and it killed :(

Your breasts are still developing, if you are school-aged!.!.!. and the pain is due to the increasing hormone levels in your body!.
after you are fully developed, and your body gets used to having this level of hormone, the tenderness will subside!.
Is is common for women to experience breast tenderness just prior to, and during your menstrual period also!.!.!. so unfortunately even though the daily tenderness will go away in another year or so, it will likely make return appearances monthly!. This can also be exacerbated by taking oral contraceptives as they increase the hormone levels in your body as well!.
Annnnd when/if you are pregnant!.!.!. the breast tenderness that you're feeling now will likely make a triumphant return!.
Wear a good supportive bra, and a light support bra to bed (no under wire or uncomfortable material) and you might notice just having that extra, constant support will help to alleviate some of the tenderness!.
Also if you are an athlete!.!.!. I can't stress this enough!.!.!. ALWAYS wear a really god sports bra that minimizes bounce, because that will also help to prevent a lot of tenderness as well as sagging in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
