Question: Could this be why i got a yeast infection!?
i've been under a lot of stress lately and my eating habits have included lots of sweets!.!.!.!. i think i have a yeast infection--its quite mild--i used some plain yogurt and it seems to be better!. I've only had one before this one and it was years ago and i used the plain yogurt and it cleared up well!.
I'm wondering what causes them--stress and too much sugar in your diet!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It takes a LOT of sugar before your kidneys start dumping it in the urine, assuming your kidneys are normal and healthy!. If you've been consuming that many sweets lately it's not healthy for you in SO many ways!. Since you're using yogurt to treat your yeast infection it sounds like you're a pretty down-to-earth person!. Try relieving stress in other ways, like taking a walk, stretching or sitting silent while breathing deep!.
Your infection was probably brought on by stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeast infections can be brought on by things like drinking alcohol, pasta, grain foods (such as corn, red apples, wheat and oats) as well as antibiotics and anti-inflammatories (like Ibuprofen)!. Some people are prone to getting them more than others!. The link below gives you a wealth of information about the causes of yeast infections and how to treat them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Knock off the sweets!. If you are dumping sugar into your urine, that would make conditions perfect for a yeast infection!.
You should also have a check up to find out your blood sugar level and a urinalysis to check for sugar!.
I don't want to alarm you but this could be serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sugar does feed yeast so your diet and stress can contribute to a yeast infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe it was because of junk foods or something like that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
