Question: If you are some kind of doctor or nurse please help me,!.!.!.!.!?
im 19 years old!. im5'5 and 230 lbs!. I dont eat super healthy but I I dont eat bad either(but i used to) I have hemmroids so I used to strain alot because it was so painful!.so last couple of weeks i felt tingly feeling traveling through both my legs!. i diagosed myself with Restless Leg syndrome!.But no my legs feel tight and akward!. Im thinking I have a blood clot!. i dont want to claim it,But i dont know!.please help find out what this is!.and if i better my eating habits will it go away

Iron deficiency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color!. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix!. It will take a month to see a difference!. Iron carries oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores oh and pale mucous membranes in lower eyelid!.

You also need fiber to keep you regular and at least 100ozs of water a day!. I eat chia seeds for my fiber!. (not chia pet seeds) Google them to see what Im talking about!. Once your colon is regular your hemorrhoids will heal!. (sounds strange I know)

How are hemorrhoids prevented!?
The best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure and straining, and to empty bowels as soon as possible after the urge occurs!. Exercise, including walking, and increased fiber in the diet help reduce constipation and straining by producing stools that are softer and easier to pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching your legs and walking for exercise should help some!. Also making sure that you get plenty of fiber is important for helping the hemorrhoids!. Straining and being on the toilet for a long time can make your legs tingly and stuff!. I recommend Benefiber for fiber!. It's great; it dissolves completely and doesn't have a taste!. I just put some in juice, and you'd never know it was there!.

If your legs hurt a lot, you may have to go to the doctor anyway!. Blood clots can be really serious, and sometimes even lead to death!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is normal and is reported by teens your age!. aproximately 40% of 19 year olds report this!. it is just your body growing!. dont worry you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
