Question: I want to loose 100 pounds but have little time to excercise!?
I know i need to make time-i walk whenever i can and try to be as active as possible!. Anyone's tips would be greatly appreciated!. I also became a vegetarian and cut out all soda and already lost 30 lbs!. so I think i'm on the right track!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i think that a cardiovascular exercise would work PRONTO!.!.You should try TURBO JAM in about a week you can loose up to 10 pounds and you need is 20 minutes a day minus the stuff you cut out!.!.yeah that will work fast!.and It is very fun and addictive one you start!.!. drink liptons green tea!.that stuff will make you sweat a lot and thats what you want!.You want to burn those 100 pounds fast and green tea is also an antioxidant and plus it gives you energy!. Also eat Raisin Nut BRAN that cereal helps with the bloating and you know the stuff that has been there for a while!.!.lol!.!.!.well it will get RID of it!.!.!. funny but you need to do that too!.Eat Salmon very good for you!.!.it contains omega and has protiens!.Eat an Apple every day!.!.!.!.they get you full and they are good for you too!.well to make it short!.!.!.you wana BURN BURN BURN them pounds away!.!.!.and before you know it BAM!Miss Sexiness walking through!!Good luck and hope my tips will work ;oPWww@Answer-Health@Com

good, u r on the right track!. even if u have only a 5 min break, fill that 5 mins of squats or lunges or star jumps or something that gets ur heart pumping!. when u reach the stairs, how about u run up them instead of just walk!?
u dont need 2 cut out meat from ur diet, because this provides protein and iron, unless u have a supplement like tofu or lots and lots or green leafy vegies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im trying to loose weight as well and have aslo just turned into a veggie!.!.!.!.!.!. where do you get your recipes!? also you can contract your muscles until muscle failure while you are working or when ever too busy to work outWww@Answer-Health@Com

jumping jacks just gets your blood flowing!. theyre pretty much useless for loosing weight!. definantly crunches and squats in your freetimeWww@Answer-Health@Com
