What makes it okay- seriously!?
I'm confused because if you are attacked by a criminal and he hurts you when you are 10 weeks pregnant- he gets charged with battery on both you and the unborn child!? Then you can go get an abortion a week later and no one blinks an eye!? That's odd isn't it!?

I've never believed that at the moment of conception, a human life has been created!.
Call it an "it" or zygote or whatever, but "it" is not something that the concept of murder applies to!.
You can't 'murder' an egg, and you can't 'murder' a sperm (even tho both are technically 'alive'), and even once the two have joined, I do not feel it's 'murder' to terminate a zygote!.
However, with that said, take this hypothetical situation:
if I heard that a woman a week from her delivery date, died in an auto crash, I would consider that two lives lost!.
If the same woman died only a week after conceiving, I do not consider that two lives!.
So, million dollar question: when between those two extremes did one life become two lives!?
I can't answer that!.
Might as well try to answer when does a glass switch from being half empty to half full!.
That's why I believe it is an individual's choice!.
If I was a woman, I would sure want to make that choice as soon as possible rather than later!.!.!. but it would be my choice!.

Good, difficult question!. You know, abortion is personal -- a personal decision!. You might not agree with that, but I am of the belief that it's no one's right to determine for me what I should or should not do!. Do they know me!? My circumstances!? And on and on!.!.!.
Getting off my soap box, I can see the legal reasons for a person being charged with battery of a pregnant woman with an unborn child!. The hole in your question is the word "criminal!." Who is the criminal!? A boyfriend!? Husband!? Stranger!? Son!? Grandfather!? Need to clarify that, because the law will do funny things based on the relationship!.

Based on the unique circumstances of the pregnant individual, it is her right to choose!. The husband may put up a battle, if he is the batterer, but he might not have a leg to stand on if he is charged!.

I think that the !? is a little odd but I am a total pro life person! I think there is no reason to have a abortion I belive that if you have a unwanted preg!. than you should give it up if god feels that the baby is not ment to be here then he will handle it on his own i look at abortion as MURDER i know this is my own opinion and you may not like it but i am sorry! A child is a blessing from God a lot of ppl try everyday to have a child and can not there only hope is to adopt!. i cant clarify it because i dont understand why this is either!. i think people who have abortions tell themselves things like that its not a person yet etc just to make themselves feel less guilty about what they are doing!. im not judging anyone who has had one or would in the future!. this is simply my opinion!. i believe no matter the circumstances a baby is a person!. it doesnt matter if it 1 week or 1 year old!. and i wish people would really just give them a chance to live and breathWww@Answer-Health@Com
