I was put on mini pill 6 months ago and for the first couple of months periods normal!. But the rest has been a nightmare - 6-7 weeks between periods, period lasts about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks very heavy!. Plus I have come out on spots!.
What do you think - is it the pill or an infection!?
Have to say that during my periods they stop for a couple of days and after intercourse start bleeding again!.
I think infection, I am considering coming off mini pill as have been on main pill forever and changed to mini because thought body could do with rest under doctors advice - thinking of coming off contreception completely!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It definitely sounds like the mini pill is not working for you!. If you can get off birth control completely, then I think you should!.Those pills have alot of side effects and there can be complications, such as a stroke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
