Question: Should I move up an absorbency!?
today I had dance team try outs and I got my period last night!.!. so I used a slender tampon ( I have always used slender tampons ) and I put on a maxi pad incase!. Well I got back, then went to check about 4 1/2 hours after I put it in!. Well, I leaked ALL the way through the tampon and filled the pad like a normal period would when just wearing a pad!. This is the first time it has happened though!. Last month i left one in for 7 hours and it was like half full, but that was my 3rd day!. this is my 1st day!. Do you think I should wear Regular Tampons on my first/second day!? Thanks;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I probably would, or just wait and see if this pattern continues!.

from what I hear, each period is different each time 1 would come!. some will be light others will be havey and then there are ones that fall in between!.
