Depending on how old the lady or girl is, but i would have thought that surgery should have been performed some time back, to remove the extra nipple, as usually a third nipple would not function anyway!.Its also not an unusual thing to have an extra nipple!.Lots of people have them!.In answer to you question, no, normally lactation is directed from the mamary glands that only supply two nipples!.If there is any fluid coming out of the extra nipple, then i would go see the doc lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would hope so!. Extra nipples are a rare deformity!. If they have mammory glands under them then they would be able to lactate after giving birth!. I have also heard that obesity and steriods can even make men lactate so try drugsWww@Answer-Health@Com
