Answers:
Sweetie, I am so sorry about your miscarriage! I have been there a few times myself!. As for the ultrasound, it is very necessary to make sure that no debris from the pregnancy lie dormant in your uterus!. Believe me, you do not want to leave this without treatment as it could impair your future fertility!. If they deem it necessary to have a D&C, make sure someone goes with you!. You will feel better over time, just give yourself time to heal!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am so sorry for your loss!.

It is very important that you still go to your appt!. Sometimes when a woman has a miscarriage they don't completely flush everything and the doc needs to make sure!.

They will probably do a physical exam and determine the best plan of action from there!. If there is anything left, it could cause a serious infection that could result in infertility!.

Big hugs to you hon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

a d&c is called dilation and curettage it is done when your ob feel there's nothing that can be done to stop the miscarried!. it is to end the pregnancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
