You have a very large chest!. Get a professional bra fitting done, so that you are getting proper support from your bra!. Also, cut back on sodium-water retention can make the breast ache!. And lastly, the week of and before your period, there may be nothing you can do except take pain relievers thanks to PMS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your boobs are feeling sore ans your bra's uncomfortable, you might be wearing the wrong size!. The same sizes in different makes can actually vary quite a lot!. Your best bet would be to go to a proper lingerie shop or department and be measured properly!. You need to wear a bra because although you are firm now, the weight of your breasts means that if you go braless for any length of time you will stretch your Cooper's Ligaments, which are the ligaments that support your boobs!. Unlike muscles, they can't be toned up!. Once they are stretched, you can't unstretch them!. so if you're not careful they'll end up down by your bellybutton!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a store like Victoria's Secret and pick out a few bras that are more comfortable!. If you describe the problem you are experiemcing, they will be able to show you some awesome bras!. A bit pricey, but worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't know, let me have a closer look!. lol joke!.
I've heard that alot of women think they are wearing the right sized bra but the aren't!. go to m&s and they should be able to messure you up officially!.!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Caffeine consumption can be causing this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happens to me, although I am not as busty as you (I wish!)!.

Anyway, sore nipples come from pregnancy (which I am not) or PMS coming along!. Not really sure what else it could be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
