Im Taking Control......Finally?!


Question: Im Taking Control!.!.!.!.!.!.Finally!?
ok im 5ft 3 and 154 pounds and ive decided enough is enough, I want to set my goal weight at 130, and I have taken up eating fruit and veg, smaller portions, eating breakfast and jogging every morning,

I do have a slow metabolism and suffer from poly cystic ovaries,

so my question is, How long do you think it will take me to shift this weight, I have been watching weight loss programs and sometimes people seem to be only losing 2 pounds a month which seems dishearting!.

I wanna loose this weight by october,

what do you think guys all veiws welcome

Make sure you're getting enough protein, otherwise a diet of fruit and vegetables won't help your metabolism or enable you to build firm muscles!.
Expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week, give or take!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
