COnfiedentiality is obviously important here, so you shouldn't betray her trust!. However, maybe you can try and convince her to fill the script and get treatment!. But either way, there is such a thing as self determination, you cant make a person do something and she has the right to refuse!. However, she probably is just frightened or embaressed about it!. If you see her just try and explain to her that she probably has thrush and that this is something that happens to many girls, she probably has a lot of associated shame and embaressment, so once that barrier is broken down she might be more willing to do something about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, she is living in a home! If they are not getting her the proper care someone needs to be told!. That means going to the CPS NOW! You have the right to report anything you see!. She needs to be seen by a doctor and you need to tell authorities!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should do the ethical thing!. Get the girls some help, somehow!. It sounds like a yeast infection, so if you're concerned enough about her maybe you should buy her some cream to clear that up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

she may have an infection!. and dont worry you cant catch it unless you have sex with herWww@Answer-Health@Com
