Okay, so I was in school and my teacher asked me a question, and I didn't know the answer so I totally flipped out on her, which i don't usually do, and she looks at me and she's like
"Got your period!?"
She said it in front of the WHOLE class!!!!!!!

You should talk to her tomorrow, and be like, "I think that was really inappropriate about what you said yesterday, about me being on my period, and I think you owe me an apology!. Please don't say that again because it was very ignorant, or I'll have my Mom call the school!."

wow! that is totally embarassing! here are a few mini stories about similar situations about me or my friends!.
me(7th grade)~It was the week of sex education class and all the guy's were acting super immature about it!. and this annoying guy that likes me and my friends for some odd reason kept saying rude comments about periods and stuff!. so when he said "oh! your PMSing!!!(really loud)" i responded "yep! i am! and if you say one more thing about that subject im going to kick your a**!" and of course everyone including teachers heard it so that was totally mortifying!
a few days later(still me)~i asked this guy 2 get me a math book from another classroom but he said he didn't want to get up and i was on my period so i started crying(in class!!!) so he got up and got me one and on his way out he said, "we just learned about this stuff in health class this week" in front of the class!. and then the teacher(male) said, "wow! he's right u r PMSing!"
a friend~in one class u aren't allowed 2 go 2 the b-room unless it's an emergency so this girl asked if she could go and of course the teacher said no!. but then she said(practically yelling) "but im on my period!!!" and then the(female at least teacher) said ok and then asked her if she needed anything!
a friend~she wan't 2 get out of running the mile in P!.E!. and at our school there are only male P!.E!. teachers and co-ed P!.E!. classes!. so she said in front of the whole class to the teacher i have my period! the teacher let her out of the mile just for being brave and saying that! it's crazy!

That's awkward! I'm sorry to hear about it!. But, the best way for me to get over something totally embarrassing is to just laugh it off!. I know this is prolly no laughing matter to you, but try your best to look at the bright side of things, or make a few jokes about it!. If that doesn't cheer you up, remember that everyone has been there and that there are worse period-stories out there! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your teacher was inappropriate but you could have just told her she was being unprofessional!. Tell your teacher that you thought her comments were rude and inappropriate!. If she doesn't care then talk to the principal!. Also, YOU need to apologize to her for flipping out on her!. Otherwise, just drop the subject and get over it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it very rude, degrading and un-professional of your teacher to say that to you in front of the class, tell your counselor and your parents and the Principal!. That was very un called for!. Shame on her!Www@Answer-Health@Com
