You usually get your period about 1-2 years after your breasts begin forming!. I would get actual cramps for a couple months but not get a period!. After about 6 months of only cramping I got my first menstrual cycle!.
Your breast may just be growing!. If they are sore, sensitive to any pressure or movement, that is a symptom of pms!.

breast tenderness can last for a while and does not necessarily mean the onset of your period!. if youre beginning puberty then most likely your hormones are making your breasts grow and that is probably causing sorenessWww@Answer-Health@Com
Your breast are enlarging so they are sore!. They will be that way on and off during developement!. That does not have anything to do with your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
