Brown spine??!!??!
Question: Brown spine!?!?!!!?!?
My daughter is 13 years old and she has a skinny body and so her spine sticks out and shows!. About a year ago we noticed that her spine had turned brown and it has been that way ever since!. She said that it doesn't hurt her, it only looks weird!. what could this mean!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The spine is supposed to be a shallow S shape, a little more out from the neck to mid back and more "sunk in" from about mid back on down!.
Scoliosis is the most common deformity of the spine!.
Scoliosis is defined as curvature of the spine from side to side, rather than a "normal" spine with no variation to either side!.
As long as there is no side to side curvature of the spine, then there is no reason to worry!.
It could be that her spine just seems more pronounce because of her slight build and will become less noticeable as she matures!.
As far as the darkening of the color of the skin along her spine, I have no idea, but it's probably just "normal" for her!.
As long as she is having no discomfort and is otherwise healthy, I would say everything is OK!.
