im 13 i bought my first pack of tampons last night playtex sport regular but when i try to get it in it doesn't go in help plz i wana were tampons but it's so hard to get it inWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you will need to be relaxed and not tightened up any of your lower region!. Then put the toilet seat down, put one leg on the toilet seat and the other on the floor and then insert it!. Remember to pull the applicator out- only the tampon- the cotton like part is to remain inside!. It just takes a little getting used to, but you can do this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You have to just relax and i have learned to stand up and putting one foot on the toilet is so much better cause if you tilt to on side or the other it may go in wrong and be very uncomfortable just take your time and practice a Lil bit you will get it good luck!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
