IF IT GETS WORSE, SEE A DOCTOR!
As for right now, try taking a Midol, pamprin, or an aspirin!. What I like to do (because I have bad ovulation pains) is turn on my favorite band (Like one that you'll focus all your attention to the lyrics/beat instead of the pain), lay on my bed, and just sit in the fetal position with my hands putting a slight amount of pressure on the top part of my uterus!. Also, like someone said, try a heating pad, but put lavender flowers or vanilla beans to get a slight sense!. Again, to keep your minds focus on something other than the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try an over-the-counter pain reliever such as Pamprin, Midol, Premysyn PMS, Tylenol or Advil!. Take only the recommended dose on the bottle for your age!. There is also a heating pad that sticks to your underwear that is made by Thermacare and is virtually undetectable if worn with pants that are not too tight across the hips!.
If none of these help then you may have to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
