Anywhere between a year and 6 months before your period, there might be a white discharge on your underwear and thats totally normal! Before you get your period you'll feel sick!. You'll (possibly) have cramps a little below your tummy, headaches, backpain, feel nauseous, etc!.!.!. You'll know when you get it because youll most likely have stomach pains and there will be blood on your underwear, you might want to carry pads with you at school just in case!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Usually cramps, irritability, and feeling bloated (fat) are some symptoms!.!.!.!.but when I got mine, I wasn't really looking!.!.!.there was just a little discoloration on my panties!.!.!.!.!.and I went to my mom!. I know it seems like such a big deal at your age!.!.!.!.but trust me!.!.!.It's the biggest pain in the ***!.!.!.with craps and worrying that your leaking, and irritability!.!.!.just be happy if yours doesn't come till late!.!.!.you could even lie to your fiends, if it's that big of a deal, and just be happy your not in the Miserable club!.!.!.!.relax, it'll get here soon enough!.!.!.after about 3 months you'll realize it's just a monthly aggravation that you'll put up with, one full week of every month, until your old and gray! When you go to the bathroom and there is blood on your panties or the toilet paper you will know!. Have faith you will know when it happens!. Some have no cramping nothing!. I was disappointed because I wasn't doubled over in pain!. Did not happen!. Not the first time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
