20 pounds in 2 months?!


Question: 20 pounds in 2 months!?
I was just wondering if it was possible because that is how much i want to lose in that time!. Is it healthy to lose weight at that rate!? Please give me a link to give me info on how to lose weight if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

we with watching what you eat you can do simple things like limiting your sweets,dont drink soda, instead of soda drink water, and when you feel satisfied stop eating,and go walking for 30 mins 3 times a wk!. a healthy weight lose is 2 -3 bls a wk!. so yes you should be fine and here is a linkWww@Answer-Health@Com

I believe it is very possible!. They say that a healthy weight loss is two pounds a week!. That would put you at -16!. However, when you first start a diet plan it is very easy to lose a lot more than 2 pounds in the first couple weeks!. It also depends on how over weight you are!. If you have a lot to lose, it will come off faster!. Just don't deprive yourself, or you will binge!. Make healthier choices, drink lots of water and try to exercise!. I believe Weight Watchers is an excellent program for weight loss!. It really teaches you how to lose weight in a healthy and positive way!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've lost 20 pounds since March 23rd!. I'm not gonna lie and say it was easy, because it's not!. One thing that has helped me is using sparkpeople!.com!. It can determine how many calories you should consume based upon your weight, goal weight, length of time to get to said goal weight, and your activity levels!. Plus exercising is good! Make sure you're doing cardio as well as strength training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my firend lost 35 lbs in 3 month on jenny seriously just saw her on her birthday and she is so healthy looking!. all she did was eat the food they do recommend working out but she didnt and she stilled pulled off losing weight in a healthy way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
