I have all the symptoms, and i dont know if i should get pills!? i dont know when i am 13 i have ahd it for like a year!. maybe 2!. me and my rents dont get along!. any advice to how i could get deprsion pills at liek a gas station!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you and your parents do not get along, your depression could be caused by that!. It is best if you can work on your relationship with them by going to family counseling instead of taking pills!. Pills have side effects like trembling and muscle aches!. You cannot get depression pills at a gas station!. However, you can get ice cream there which works sometimes!. No no, don't buy anything from a gas station! You need to talk to a professional about your feelings!. They are the ones who will determine whether or not medication will be able to help you; medication will not help all people with depression, so it is important that you speak to a professional before trying to treat it!. Plus, all medications for treating depression (except for St!. John's Wart, which is a homeopathic medication) require a doctor's prescription!. You should really talk to one or both of your parents about how you are feeling!. They'll be able to get you an appointment with a psychiatrist/psychologist who can explore your feelings and possibly prescribe medication!. If you're not comfortable talking to your parents, talk to one of your teachers or your school nurse or your school counselor!. Any of them will be more than willing to help you, I promise!. I'm really sorry that you are feeling the way you are, I know how bad it is!. But once you tell someone about it, you won't feel so alone and that will be your first step towards getting help!. you probably do not have depression!. if you did you could always talk to the school counsellor!. and even then you probably won't need pills unless you're super depressed!. and really most of the time depressed people don't know they're depressed!. you're probably just going through a down moment that's typical of any teenager's life!. and you cannot get depression pills at a gas station!. they have to be prescribed to you and cost a lot!. if you're just trying to get drugs to get high the typical doctor will not be fooled!. if you really feel down you should call a hotline or talk to your school counsellor or a friend or your parents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with everyone don't get pills at a gas station!. If you want something otc at least ask a pharmist or someone who works at GNC!
I am 31 and going through it too! I understand that anti depressants in teens can cause sucidal thoughts!. I would try and get your parents to take you so you can have a talk with your doctor!. Also, your school guidance councler may be able to help you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depression is a serious mental illness!. There are no magic pills you can find at a gas station!. As a matter of fact, you need to get yourself to a doctor!. Only they can prescribe something for you, and sometimes medication is not necessary!. Sometimes having someone to talk to can fix things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No you can't get them like that!. Even if you could it might not work!. Those kinds of things have to be regulated and sometimes regular blood tests to get it right!. Depression isn't mental, it is an actual physical problem in a person's brain!. Would you go to the street corner to get someone to fix your broken leg!?!? I didn't think so!. Think of it that way, you need a professional who knows how to fix it!. The only place to get good pills for depression is from a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist!. Your pediatrician can help you!. Do you know when the next time is that you are seeing your pediatrician!? You could also ask the school nurse, or the school psychologist, for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
