My birthday party is on Monday and it's a swimming party!. Only family will be there, but I have my period!. Monday will be day 5, and I absolutely can't use tampons!. Don't tell me I should because I'm not!. Can I wear a tight one piece and swimming shorts over it!? What do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get baggy one that come down to just above the knees, they look really good, and you dont have to bother shaving above your knees

Wearing a pad in a swimming pool is not a good idea!. Pads leak and it can be embarresing, not to mention gross and unsanitary!. However, since it would be day 5 of your period, it may be very light and the pad may not leak!. But its still unsanitary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if ther is Chlorine in your pool you will be fine!.!.!.the chlorine stops it!. trust me!.!.i went in a pool when i was on my period and everything was perfectly fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
