when swimming, the water pressure stops the flow but when you get out it comes in a rapid flow!.

You cannot swim in a pool or go to a water park while on your period unless you're wearing a tampon; otherwise the blood will get into the water and that's not good at all!.
You can take a bath while on your period, but you'll get blood in the water and that's not sanitary!. You can do it several days into your period when you bleed very little or infrequently; otherwise I don't recommend taking a bath while on your period!.

you cant swim without a tampon i dont reccomend using tyampons but that is your decision and you really shouldnt take a shower because the heat makes more blood come out but if you really have to take a shower between 10-15 minutes
And once you get out of the shower make sure you have and underwear and pad ready or tampon and make sure you dont use the towel to wipe from under andif you do put the towel under hot water add some soap then scrub for 20 seconds then out in the wash so at least some of the bacteria is outWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can take a bath without wearing one, but once you get out of the bath , you might bleed and it may drip onto the floor!. also, no if you want to swim - you need to wear a tampon if you dont want blood coming out!. It is alot easier to wear a tampon , so you dont have to worry about bleeding everywhere !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to wear a tampon if you are on your period & are going to go swimming!. This will keep from you leaking in the water!. I'd assume the same rule applies to taking baths!.!.!. I've never taken a bath during my period though!. I would just stick w/ taking showers when you have your period!. If you do take showers, you wouldn't have to use a tampon!.!.!. Wear a tampon during your period!. The water will not magically stop your period, though many women think it does!.
And you can take a bath if you want to, but ew!. Your menstrual blood just oozes out into the bath water and you get to bathe in your own menstrual blood!. Showers are much better and way cleaner! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

u cant, under any circumstances swim without one, but taking a bath without a tampon is recommended, so u can clean urself!. i hope this helps!

well taking batchs and showers dont use a tampon because u clean yourself in a pool tho yes wear a tampon i mean i figured out when im on my period and i take a bath or shower i dont bleed but that doesn't mean dont wear one in the pool bc it was leak in the poolWww@Answer-Health@Com
When you take a bath, you shouldn't wear anything!. It is your chance to get clean!. When you swim, you must wear a tampon!. The water stops the flow somewhat but you;ll still leak out without a tampon and your suit will be ruined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when i was in 6th grade, our gym teacher told us that its okay to shower when on your period, the shower water temp changes your body temp which temporarily stops your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
