because its like a cycle it keeps your hormones the same every day its ok to take it with a two hour difference but no more then that!. cuz if you take one in the morning and then the next day take it at like 8 at night!. your hormones will be all out of wackWww@Answer-Health@Com
So the level of hormone stays the same and doesn't fluctuate, plus, it is easier to make it a habit if you take it at the same time each day, you will be less likely to forget it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its more effective that way!. Taking it whenever you feel like it, will lessen its 99% effectiveness of the pill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
