Ok, first of all you can swim on your period so that is nothing to worry about!.!. you probably just need a different size tampon!.!. I love using the regular tampax and they have the boxes that have the light, regular, and super!.!.!. i believe they even make super plus!.!. I know a lot of people have said playtex sport which i have never used!.!. that may work well too if it is for being active!.!. I don't know much of women stuff but don't forget tampon is no different than spun!. It have ability of absorb liquid and it only can absorbing so much!. First of all, it depending how it fit inside of you, and second of all it is not working like a plug to seal up and preventing leak out!.
Also, each woman are different!. some just come little at a time and over after 3 day and some are come a lot at a time and may last longer!. So cheer up and change often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the platex sport the one with the pink and green box!. Go to Walmart or something and they will have it!. I used those for swimming and they work great!. They work for every sport activity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I did use tampons, my choice was "OB", they just seemed to fan out just right after insertion and did block leakage!. God Bless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
