i am 14, i've already started pubertyy, but i have practically no boobs!.
i wear 34a bra's (the kind that you get from the walmart little girl's section with that *STRECTCH* sticker on them)
all of my othr friends have grown!.
and i still have not!.
so right now every night i take my bra off!.
will this help them grow!?

i'm have the same problem, your not alone!. my breasts are a little bit bigger than yours!. but just as small! sadly!. ):
i'm the same age as you (going to be 15 in three months) and yes, all my friends have bigger breasts than me!. to tell you the truth it does get me down some times, but now i've learned to love mine! my mother does not have small breasts, neither does my grandmother, or aunts!. so i'm just a late bloomer, i guess!. think about you family ; your mother and grandmother!.
we both have a long way till they fully develop! just keep waiting, breasts don't stop going until your 20!. don't get discouraged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it will not help them grow!.
It's okay to have small breasts!. Really, it is!. Better to have confidence and be fit!. Get in great shape and since you can't make breasts grow, grow a little girl muscle! Guys can appreciate that!. You'll feel better too!
Try to find some pics of your Mom when she was about fifteen or sixteen!. This will give you an ideal of what you can expect to be endowed with in about a year!.

You're so young, why worry about how big they are!? It really doesn't matter!.
You can get a rough estimate of how big you'll be if you look at your mom and female relatives on your mom's side!.

Breasts are pretty much *all* fat!. And the sad reality is if you want bigger boobs, you have to gain weight to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
