Question: DESPERATE for period answers!!?
Okay, so I am 14 and I get my period at the very end of the month, and it carries onto the next month!. this thursday (may 29th) is a pool party for graduation is there any way i can make my period shift to next month instead!? help i need answer!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had problems like that!. You really need to go see a gynecologist!. She or he can get you on birth control (try YAZ it's the only thing that's worked for me), or progesterone or estrogen cremes!. Trust me, it's well worth it!. I dealt with mine from 12 to 17 before finally speaking up and saying "i'm on my period more than i'm off!"
My best advice, wear a tampon!. I know they're not comfortable (at least they weren't for me at 14), but try playtex gentle glide!.!.!.it's the only kind I can even wear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you can make your period "shift"!. It will come when it comes!.!. The only thing I heared that you can do for menstruation is how to make your cramps become lighter or stop!. such as birth control or taking your meds a couple of days before it starts, that wil dialate you vessels!.!.all i can say is Don't get in the water!.!.!.Im sure there will be alot of people just hanging aroundWww@Answer-Health@Com
No, sorry!. And even if you wanted it not to come you'd have to take pills months before!. IT would be weird if you didn't show up so my suggestion would be to wear a tampon!. That would be the only solution if you want to go, because pads and swimming are a no-no, but if your not comfortable wearing a tampon then you might have trouble!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The only way to shift your cycle around to meet your needs is to go on birth control!. You don't get your period when you're on the active pills!. There's no other way to do it!. I'd just use a tampon, they're safe, and it won't leak!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
