What happens at a physical?!
Question: What happens at a physical!?
Not a sports one, just a "normal" one!. I know I should go, but I've been putting it off!. *sigh*Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, they make you pee in a cup!. This is disgusting because, you know!.!.!. You have to carry it back to the desk and basically show it around to everyone!. :P Not the best thing ever for your self esteem :)
After that, they weigh and measure you!.
Then, depending on the doctor, they either make you get unchanged completely and wear one of those paper gowns, or they'll just let you stay in your clothes and perhaps make you take off your shirt at some point!.
They ask you a lot of questions about what you eat, if you exercise, if you're happy, ect!. It's just sort of a big assess of how you're doing emotionally and physically and if you're maturing correctly!.
Mine usually feels my heart, takes my blood pressure (all the while asking me questions :P ) and then feels my spine and rib cage!. Then, they're required to check all the private places briefly (usually they just feel through your shirt or underwear!. I've never had to fully take anything off), and that's basically it!. Depending on what you need, you might get a few shots after that, but it's never anything serious like a blood test!.

Hon!.!.!.you need to call the doctor's office and ask his nurse what the doctor will be doing!. Tell her it's your first one and you want to know everything!. If she doesn't tell you and explain it then find another doctor!. It's that simple!Www@Answer-Health@Com
They just weigh you, measure you, and basic stuff like that, but you'll also be felt a little bit on your breasts for any lumps or tumors and you'll just have your vagina looked at, but it's nothing too bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just had a physical!. It no big deal!. All the doctor does is checks your reflexes and makes sure there is nothing wrong!. Don't keep putting it off, because if there is something wrong, it could just get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
