Question: My period help!?
okay I started my period I am 12 and a half and my first period lasted about 10 days and I am suppose to be having my period again and my symptoms were that I was really tired and that my stomach don't feel good like I am going to puke and my head hurts a lot and Idk why I haven't startedWww@Answer-Health@Com

well hun everyones first periods are different!. You could be feeling like this because during a period you loose a lot of iron, so regain it by eating some baked beans and foods!. without iron you will feel drozy!. I put the stomach aches and the puking together!. And your head will hurt if your tired!. So just chill out, drink loads of hot drinks, use hot water bottles to realive the cramps and eat some beans! also referring to the period not coming back that happened to me!. where your just starting, the hole menstrual cycle is gettign itself ready to be a part of your veerday life basically!.

I was 11 when I got my first period!. I was scared te be honest but thats natural!. I got bad stomach pains so bad I also fel sick!. It can be draining on your body as yours is still adjusting to the new changes!. I'm 21 and was still having irregular periods last year sometimes it was hard to predict when my next one was!. It will happen you have to give your body til it will eventually find its own routine and they should become easier to predict!. For the pain I used to take paracaetamol and if the pains bad i used to use a hot water bottle across my stomachWww@Answer-Health@Com
its because the first few years of your period its gunna be wicked irregular and since you've only had it once you may not have it again for the next few months!. i wouldnt worry about itWww@Answer-Health@Com
