Microgynon to regulate periods after depo?!

Question: Microgynon to regulate periods after depo!?
Hi, I'm coming off depo this month having been on it for nearly six years!. I've been prescribed the combined pill microgynon, primarily as birth control but also to help regulate my nonexistent periods!.

Has anyone done this!? what was your experience like!? any significant side effects!? weight change!? anything out of the ordinary!? was it a good move or not!? I'm a little scared having been on depo so long it feels like I'm taking a leap of faith!.
Thank you xWww@Answer-Health@Com

I was on depo for four horrible years!. I'm glad you are coming off of it!

I went to Kariva immediately after and got my periods back and regulated in three months!. Its not microgynon, but that's my experience :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The depo shot is one of the worst things a woman can do!. That garbage alters your endocrine feed back loop and is hormone therapy!. Many problems happen due to using it!. Many women report not being able to have children as well as many other symptoms!.

Hormone therapy should only be used for a few weeks at most because of all the damage it does to the body!. Medical people only look at symptoms, not root causes and this has generated many problems for people!. To use drugs to fix the depo problem is very scary stuff!. Birth control pills are nothing more than more hormone therapy!.

There are simply better ways to live ones life than to subject your body to drugs!. Last year, 10,000 to 20,000 people died from using illegal drugs!. That sounds like a lot and it really is, but when you realize that over 106,000 people died in hospitals from using LEGALLY prescribed, FDA approved drugs that were designed for their particular illness and the deaths were attributed directly to those drugs, it makes you really wonder if our WAR ON DRUGS is directed at the right people!. We lost about 1,000 soldiers in Iraq last year!. It is over 106 times safer to be a soldier in Iraq than in an American hospital! It's over 10 times safer to use an illegal drug than one approved by the FDA and doctor prescribed!.

Does it sound like we are heading in the right direction!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
