Hey, well lets make sure ur wearing the right kind of tampon, if ur flow is light to medium make sure its a regualr tampon and if its realativley heavy grab a super!. If it dry u need to help the tampon slide in like is it easier to go down a waterslide with water or no water!? so get the tampon a little wet with faucet water, or a water based lube to help the tampon go in!. Sit on the toilet (it is the most comfortable position to put a tampon in) then insert it at a 45 degree angle, and hopefully it will slide right in also i would recommend buying tampons with a plastic applicator there alot easier and alot less painful to insert, hope this helps good luck :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
well i started usin tampons a while ago and they are fine
i use the ones with a plastic applicator!.
Read the instruction booklet that really helps!. =]
Find where you want to put the tampon and just push it in!.
It might help to look in the mirror while doing it for the first time to help you see where it goes and stuff!.

If you have the O!.B!. type try lubricating the end of it before inserting it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you need to put a tiny bit of KY Jelly on the tampon, if you put them i dry it might give u a rash, itchy nessWww@Answer-Health@Com
