Answers:
Severe period pains should always be investigated to check for a treatable cause!. As a rough guide, if you've had severe period pain (known as dysmenorrhoea) since around the time your periods first started, it's less likely a particular cause will be found!.

There are exceptions to this!. Conditions such as endometriosis can sometimes cause severe pain from an early age (although the pain typically gets worse as the disease does more damage with each monthly cycle)!. Other causes include fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease and sometimes a narrowing of the cervix!. Bear in mind, though, that period pains are rarely a sign of disease, especially in younger women!.

If the pain interferes with your life, preventing you from working, going to school or coping with daily tasks, I would recommend you consult with a doctor/gynaecologist for further evaluation!.

Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you are having your period for ten or eleven days you need to talk to your mom and have her take you to the doctor, because it should not last that long!. If there is something wrong (which it may be nothing) that is most likely the reason it hurts really bad!. You should also ask your doctor what the best thing is to reduce the pain and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Birth control pill is a really good way to help the pain!. You're not too young for it; when you hit puberty, the hormones are there and can be managed!

Hot water bottle against your lower abdomen can help, too!. Pain killers, such as ones with MILD amounts of caffeine in can help too, and help you not to lose too much focus in your exams!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey, i would try to get aleve!.!. if you live in canada, it's not allowed here so you'd have to go to the states!. (too powerful, canada doesn't allow it)
However, you should really go to the doctor and see what they can perscribe you!.!. what they will give you will be better than any other normal-pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is very important to keep yourself warm! Not only when your period arrives, but for the three days prior to that! Drink a lot of water, try to eat fruit!.
Since you are in so much pain in every period, I'd suggest you to go to a gyn doctor with your mum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use a heating pad and eat some peppermints!. Peppermint oil is a natural muscle relaxer, which is where your cramps are coming from is the uterus, which is a muscle!. Lay on your left side going to sleep, drink water, and stay away from salty foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
