Question: Lower Left Abdomen pains!?
Earlier today I had severe pains in that area, but they went away after a while!.

its very possiable that it is ur period, your ovaries are one both ur left and right sides i would say your period is on its wy just keep some panty liners with u!. g luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
quincidental, im 13 and periodless too!. sounds like you wont be very soon!. like what everyone else says on here, keep some pads with you and make sure they are in your backpack, locker, home, etc!. it could be that it's comming, or your ovaries might be test running, or preparing for your period!. thats why sometimes you feel like it's comming (tiredness, moodswings, pains, twinges, hunger, etc!.) it's just your body getting ready and sorta giving you a preview of what your period is going to be like!. Could be the start, every period is different, and as long as you're not sexually active, you should be ok!. It could also be constipation or gas!. Ask your mother, or a doctor just to be sure, but I had pain before I started my cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it could be an ovarian cyst!. I've only had them with my period!.!.but I would imagine that you can still get it!. The pain of an ovarian cyst is usually a stabbing pain in the abdomen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
