This started about a year ago along with BAD cramps!.!.!.!.I use to have light short periods(4days) and hardly any cramps!.!.
Now It is very heavy the first 2 days, and the last 3 days it is normal!.!.but I have TERRIBLE cramps and diarrhea for like 3 or 4 days! What can I do to help or prevent this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This used to happen to me too, my doctor said it's b/c when your uterus is cramping very hard it makes your intestines cramp a bit too, which can cause diarrhea!. It could also be from endometriosis!. They thought I had endometriosis b/c of the bad cramping and the diarrhea during my period but it turned out I didn't!.

Getting Diarrhea during your period is very common!. Your digestive system is controlled alot by hormones, therefore, when your hormones are changing which they do during your period, the digestive tract changes, which can definately cause you to have diarrheaWww@Answer-Health@Com
I have that too, not diarhea but reallly soft stool and i always have the urge to poo when i'm on my period, i think its because of the cramps and the shredding of the lining of our uterus that makes us that way!. eat apples to harden it up!. Tip from my doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
