I use nurofen or nurofen plus (contains codine) when it's really bad!. Other wise there is a pill called ponstan which is especially for period pain and you get it at the chemist!. Other things you can take is magnesium phosphate, because that helps to reduce cramping in your muscles!. you can get these at health food shopsWww@Answer-Health@Com
I use mersyndol and it works just ask for it at the chemist you can get it in day or night tablets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
