Question: I have a belly fat problem!. please help me!!?
im 13 years old!. and i have about two inches of fat below my belly button that stick out!.

my diet is good!. i dont really care about how much weight i lose, i just dont know what exercise to do!. ive been doing reverse crunches [where i bring my butt off the floor] but i cant tell if "the burn" is in the right place or if its helping or not!. my tummy above my belly button looks fine its just that lower belly!.

or maybe can anyone just tell me what the muscle is called so i can search it on the internet!?




and by the way!.!.!.
dont tell me to do cardio!. i got that thank you!.
dont say that my body needs it to protect me!. ive had it for at least 5 years!.

omg i have the same problem!. every other part of my body is fine!. just my stomach!.!.!.i hate it and i really wish i knew a good answer to your question!. i'm almost 18 and i've had it since i was about ur age too!. its kind of around my waist too!.

actually, any form of excersize helps ur stomach believe it or not!. just running on a tredmill will help a bit!. also doing crunchums (lie flat on the floor and bend ur legs up while sitting up with ur arms stretched straight forward!. when your hand reach a little past your knees, lie back down and do it again!. it's kind of hard to describe but it helps me 10x more than situps/curlups/crunches!. if i actually took my own advice, i might actually have a nicer stomache!. lol)

The idea you can burn fat in a specific location by exercising that location is one of the biggest misconceptions!.

Your body burns fat when it needs energy that it's not getting from food!. Fat is basically just backup food stored away!. When you're doing a certain exercise, your body uses energy, but it doesn't care where that energy comes from!.

So - eat less, exercise more, and you'll lose weight overall!. There's no way to choose which fat your body decides to burn!. But if you get in shape you won't have too much fat anywhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm well with a name like cheesepuff girl you should maybe lay of the cheesepuffs!? Crunches would def work, alot of people cant get rid of it, does it affect you wearing jeans etc, i dont know if you need even worry about itWww@Answer-Health@Com

lower abs are real hard to work!.!.!.the reverse crunches are good provided you are doing them correctly!.

try lying flat on your back and slowling raising your straightened legs up and down without touching the floor!. variations on this should help to work your lowr abs!.

if u cant feel the burn then u may not be doing them properly!. try holding the position for 3 seconds before u release it and increase the intervals of holding it!. trigger those muscles by thinking about them very very carefully and tighten them, make sure u use those muscles only and not any other muscles or ur neck (as some people do) and yes im going to say it!.!.!.!.!.!.!. do cardio u probably have great muscles underneath since the rest of ur stomach is flat, but the only way u can show them is by doing cardio to burn the fat from the top!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
