Answers:
No, inserting a tampon does not hurt at all!. You can't even really feel it while putting it in, and once it's in all you'll feel is the string between your legs!.
Okay, to put in a tampon all you do is!.
Okay first of all, make sure to know where the opening of your vagina is!. I know this sounds creepy, but if you have no idea where it is, take a hand mirror and look around down there until you find a small opening!. That's your vagina!.
While your sitting on the toilet, unwrap the tampon and holding it by the grip (it should look like little ridges) with your middle finger and thumb, ease the tampon into your vagina aiming towards your lower back!. It is important to RELAX!. If it's not going in, try to relax more!.
Continue easing the tampon in until your fingers (where your holding the tampon) touch the outside of your body!.
Then take your index finger and push the plunger, that will release the actual tampon!.
Take out the applicator, wrap it up, throw it away!. The strings should hang outside of your body and you should not feel anything!.
If you feel something, take the tampon out and start over again!.
NEVER "practice" while your not on your period!! (:
Good luck! Remember to relax!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I know it's awkward to ask your other female family members, though IF it comes down to that, just be like "Ok, I don't want to make this anymore awkward than it will be, so can you just help me out!?"

The first time I put a tampon in, I was so nervous, though, I worked myself up and fainted!.
Sooo, get a good laugh at that, and just relax!!
I know that's easier said than done, but don't think about relating pain to tampons!.
Because, you will definately LOVE them after dealing with the bulk of pads!.

Anyways, tampons DO NOT hurt, unless it's in at the wrong angle!. But, it'll be a split second pressure because you can totally just take it out!

Relax, & Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might hurt if you don't do it right, but just make sure you are relaxed!. I know it might sound a little embarassing, but you could maybe get a mirror and squat and then insert it so you can see what you are doing!. make sure you get a comfortable size most and foremost!. Also if you get it in there make sure you don't keep it in there too long no more than 4-6 hours is safe because of the risk of toxic shock syndrome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're doing it right, it shouldn't hurt!. It might feel a little weird, but they're designed to fit right in that space, so you don't have to worry about it poking into the wrong places!. Just go slowly, follow the directions on the box, and if it hurts, try aiming in a different direction or changing positions!. I find that sitting down and aiming toward my lower back works, but everyone's different!. You'll figure out what works for you, and when it's in properly, you shouldn't even be able to feel it anymore!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will hurt the first one or two times, mostly just because you're anxious and your muscles are tenced!. Use a slender, small sized one!. Tampax Pearl is most comfortable!. Put your leg on the toilet, stay calm and follow the instructions!. Remember to read EVERYTHING on the instuctions(not the french)!. You will be fine!. Before you know it, you will probably hate pads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tampons are a wonderful thing and trust me there are a lot of people who are afraid to wear them!. i taught my sisters roomate in college how to use one!. if it would make you feel more comfortable you could practice trying to just push on the aplicator to see how it feels to push one out make sure that you put tampon in as far as you can before you push on the applicator other wise it wont be in far enough and it will be uncomfortable!. you should not feel it once it is in good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it does not hurt!.!.!.OK i lied, i messed up one time putting it in and it hurt SO bad i had to immediately take it out and it took a good 10 Min's of pain! but i learned from it and now it does not hurt!! The first couple times might hurt but when it goes in and you feel nothing you did it right!. I love tampons! Pads are so last year, try it, it helps a lot and less noticeable, but make sure the string is inside of your thong, panties or w/e!.!.!.especially when you have a bikini on =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you insert it correctly, it won't hurt!. Don't push it straight up, it should be angled slightly towards your back!. Use one with a plastic applicator!. Until you figure out what absorbency works best for you, make sure you keep back up pads handy for any leakage!. Or if you're like me, even with super plus, you need the pad as backup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry, it cant get lost, and as long as you use the right size!. To know the right size, it will leak if too small (wear a liner) when you pull it out it will feel "dry" when too big, and just follow the diagram on the package!. If you cant feel it, it's in right!. If it feels like it's coming out, push it with your finger until its in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you going swimming!? if not y would u wanna wear tampons!? if youre wearing them to go swimming thought then its nothing wrong with asking your mom why would they ask questions!?! but if you get the right size then they don't hurt when theyre to big they hurt like hell how old r u anyways!? btw
do it slowly and gently dont just jam it in it will indeed hurt!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it can, if you've never masturbated or stuck anything up there before, but it's really not that bad!. Tampons are pretty small, especially compared to what's designed to go up there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was so nervous when i first used one, but if u just relax and use a mirror to guide you then you should put it in right, also try squating it makes it easier to put inWww@Answer-Health@Com

do the words toxic shock syndrome mean anything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if its inserted correctly no it doesn't hurt and if it hurts you know its not in correctly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
