I messed up, I took my first Seasonique pill today instead of yesterday (three day weekend messed me up)!
Should I take another tonight (pamphlet says to take two if you miss one, one asap and one at the regular time), or should I just keep taking one a day but one day off--I mean, the days are just names, right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do either, but I would probably take another pill today like the pamphlet says!. That way you're back on track and don't have to worry about being a day off!. It's just easier that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
