How can I get rid of 'belly fat?'?!


Question: How can I get rid of 'belly fat!?'!?
Ok, so, I know the general stuff about, do sit us and crunches, excercise regularly, etc!. I do all of that, but I have found that I get abdominal definition (aka a slight 6-pack) which isn't my inteded result!. However, there is always still fat around my waist (not a big deal to me there), but also on my lower stomach!. How can I get rid of this!?
Thank you very much and all answers are appreciated!. However, please don't try to sell me on a product, I really don't think that I'll be buying something for this!.

Possibly you are not doing your crunches the right way!.Your hands should be crossed on your chest and when you raise yourself up , you should hold your legs up for as long as you can!.This will target the lower bellyWww@Answer-Health@Com
