it's not scary!. girls will understand if they know, they have periods too!. it's not like they'll be trying to look under the stalls or anything (well, atleast i hope not!. that would be scary)!. it shouldn't take to long to change it and if you're really embarrassed then you could just ask to go to the bathroom in the middle of class so that no one else would be in there!. good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
lol they are all girls!. thay wont see you, unless they ly on the floor!. lol also, all girls have periods!. ive changed tampons right infront of my girlfriends while they are like brushing their teeth and we are having a sleepover!.
its no big deal!. today i changed my tampon TWICE at school, walking into the bathroom and buying a tampon from the dispenser along with 2 other girls!.
were all girls:)

no every girl does the same thing and no not everyone will know what it is you are doing!. just go about what you need to do and be done!. no one is wondering what the person in the next stall is doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just try to go in the bathroom when nobody is around!. then i flush the toilet and change it really fast so nobody can tell if there is anyone!. just be sure to breathe and don't stressWww@Answer-Health@Com
