How to start eating again without getting sick?!


Question: How to start eating again without getting sick!?
Alot has been going on for at least the past 3 to 4 months my nerves are so shot and I have started to loose weight (which that part I don't mind) but I go upto 3 days without even eating than I may eat something small and go 3 more without eating again but when I do eat something it makes me really sick!. What is a good way to get my body used to food again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

try starting with soups, non cream based, like chicken noodle, tomato, drink fruit juices, try a powered Vitamin, juice and ice smoothie, maybe a lil fruit if you can tolerate it!. Eat small amts at a time, do not try to fill up!. Eat a piece of fruit 2-3 times during the day as a snack, grapes, apples, melon!. Move on to salads, small, again, do not try to fill up on these things, almost like snacking throughout the day, just choose healthy foods!. I would wait at least a couple of weeks till your body gets used to having food, then introduce dairy, like milk, yogurt, etc!. Applesauce, saltines, and whole grain toast are also options!. Avoid heavy or greasy foods at this time!.!.if you do eat meat, make sure it is not fried and only in a small amt in the beginningWww@Answer-Health@Com

Learn good coping skills for that 'a lot has been going on' and deal with it mentally and emotionally!. Then you can also start looking after yourself better physically (eating, sleeping)!.

start wit bread and crackers and as small amount of gatorade or like some fruit juice!. then when u get back ur appitite eat normal stuff thats what i do when i get a stomach virusWww@Answer-Health@Com
