its really different with different girls
my friend gets a cold before her period,
some girls get really hungry
some lose their appetite
there are a lot of signs but they are different for everyone!.
and usually sometime within the day that your period starts every month, you spot a little!.
so that is a good warning sign!.
i usually dont cramp until the middle of my period so you never really know,
if you get real moody that could be a sign too!.
but just keep a sharp eye out if you think your gonna get it!.
always have a pad on you, just in case

I got a bit of a sore tummy just before and my chest felt tender!. You'll notice a bit of blood down below, don't worry it's usually just a tiny bit at first, mine was!. Keep a pad handy just in case!. I wear a small pad or pantyliner if i'm somewhere i know i can't get to the bathroom easily just in case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
cramps, pains, but it takes a while!. pay attention in health class!.

You might get cramps or feel reallllyy hungry!. then you will find blood in your undies !!
