PMS/Period changes...?!

Question: PMS/Period changes!.!.!.!?
I got my period when I was barely twelve and I'm about to turn 21!. Up until the last year or so I had crippling cramps but no pms symptoms!. Now, my crippling cramps have been turned down a notch to a more manageable severe, but I have horrible physical and emotional PMS from the time I ovulate until I get my period!. Has anyone else experienced a major symptom change like this!? Is it normal!? Any ideas or personal stories would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The amount of hormones circulating in your system vary as you mature and age and sometimes they do go awry causing the type of problem you are now experiencing!.

You should have a chat to your doctor ASAP about possible treatments - there is absolutely no reason in this day and age for any women to spend 2 weeks out of every 4 feeling depressed and emotional!.

Hope you get it sorted soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I cry about the littlest things when im on my period and right before it!. And im not a sensitive person usually!. that just started about a year ago!. Im 20 and will be 21 soon too!. got my period when i was 11!. I get pretty bad cramps but i take 800 mg motrin and it knocks em right outWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would have to agree that it may be hormonal!. Take something to get control of those cramps!. See your doctor he/she can check to see if your hormones are too high!. If it is they can be controlled with meds!. Feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably due to hormonal changes as you get older!. There are some things that can help such as some birthcontrol pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
