Question: The womans cycle!?
Can anyone explain the cycle!. I know 28 days between each period!. But is it 28 days from the last day of period or first and whats all the stuff people talk about in between!.
Like your discharge changes at a certain time and theres some 14 day thing in between the 28 days!?

so 28 days is only an average remember some people have a cylcle of 26 some of 35 so thats just avv!.!.!.
Day one is the first day of your period!.!.!.!.!.this means you stop about day 5!.!.!.on day 14 (or AROUND) you ovulate this is where you have egg white like discharge!.!.!.this is when you are most fertile and only then!. this lasts about 24 hours!. Then it breaks down and you get your period about 14 days later!. hense the 28 day cycle!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
