you mean Natural!? well Progesterone cream can be used as a natural spermicide use a diaphragm and progesterone cream around the rim of it and that is an effective form of BC!. also the IUD is pretty effective and they work for 5 years and then at 5 years you replace it!. And the best form of BC to me if you aren't married is abstinence but I assume your asking this because you actually want to have sex so IUD would probably be ur best bet, I wouldn't do the Depo shot because it has horrible side effects and the patch is worse than the pill so yeah either progesterone or spermicide or even a diaphragm !. Well since every person's body is different, just because one person on here says they had a side effect to a certain birth control method, doesn't mean you would have it as well!.

But other options are:

IUD (only recommend if you had a child)!.

implant

depo shot

You still need to wear a condom to protect yourself for STDs/STIs!.

Anytime you ingest something, it effects your body!. Therefore no matter what type of birth control you use, with the exception of a condom, you will have hormonal changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can wear the patch or get the deppo shot, but other than pulling out, which is stupid, you're SOL!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
