Question: Im 13 years old, and i want to flatten my stomach before bikini season!.!?
Im 13 and i look like im pregnant my stomach sticks out a lot, i eat a lot, i love food but i try to stop its impossible, but i changed from gresy potato chips to veggie chips, and i will not stop drinking pepsi and cherry pepsi!. i love ice cream but i don't get it very often, so!.!.!. i love orange pekoe tea and orange juice, i don't eat candy very much, only when i have money i buy candy!. but i am 120 lbs!. i want to slim down to at least 100 lbs, i want to flatten on my tummy and my waist, i fit into size 7 pants i miss my size 0 skinny jeans, i gained so much weight since september, i was like 105 lbs in sept!., and now i am at least 120 lbs!. but i made homemade white cake and i love it so!.!.!. not good, my mom has the "bean" and i haven't been on it in a while!. i would get wii fit, but the wii is my brothers and he would never let me play it, he has anorexia, so he doesn't need to lose weight, he needs to gain weight!. Hes like 110 lbs and he is 16 years old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok first of all!.!. watch what you eat!.
1!. eat a good breakfast,lunch, and dinner, so that you arent hungry imbetween!.
2!. if you are about to eat a snack, ask yourself, am i really hungry!? or am i eating out of boredom!? and if you really need a snack, try and eat something healthy like fruit or a smoothie, rather than fatty greasy foods!.
3!. also if you crave some sweets, chew a peice of sugarfree gum!. (there are many dif good cravings) these arent unhealthy and will satisfy your craving!.
4!. ask your mom to buy you only healthier foods so you wont be tempted by unhealthy foods!.
5!. when you eat meals, eat slow!. because if you eat really fast, your body wont have time to tell you your full, so you will over eat!. so take your time, and you will eat less, the perfect amount your body wants!.
6!. as for workouts, just go out and be active with your friends!. you could join a club sport!. you could play volleyball, soccer, you could run, or walk, hike, or ride your bicycle!. another workout which would be easier to do at home and by yourself (or even with your mom or friends) is pilates or yoga!. buy a pilates dvd or something!. and do it atleast a couple times a week!.
7!. i really suggest maybe walking a few mornings a week also!. that should really help!.

It sounds quite like you need a slight diet improvement!. It's quite simple to have a healthy balanced diet, and you don't always need to have less food to do it!. Eating more of the healthy stuff, and less of the bad stuff can improve youre diet tons!. Also, excersise is important!. Maybe try to do a few hours a week!? Or if you can, half an hour a day!.

try cutting out almost all fried foods and fats!. (except good fats found in vegies and olive oil)!.
Switch to skim milk and use egg substitute instead of actual eggs!.
Limit ice cream and cake to a once a week treat and have sugar free jello or frozen yogert for desert!.

Then, you have to excercise!. If you want to flatten your stomach, do crunches!. Start with about 50 a day and then increase!. Also, do about 50 min!. of cardio workout about 4-5 times a week!.

well!. im 13 and just became 5 foot!. i am 105 lbs!. u are a good weight depending on how old u r!. just try to do cruched and sit ups and lift weights and run!. i dont think u should lose weight tho!. just stay healthy!. i think u are a fine weight!. plenty of people aare 13 and weigh that much!. people are reading too much about hollywood thinnessWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body loses weight FAST when you drink water, you can have your soda but just drink over 64oz of water I am 18 an I drink 80ox a day and I eat what I want and I weigh 140 but I am 5'9 so it evens out and I can fit a size 4 so for me its water you will notice a big difference if you included it more into your diet, also stay away from carbs maybe about 40carbs max, you will look great =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u do need to get a bit stricter with ur diet if u really want to lose weight!. this really effective diet my mom has says
-no juice (and definitely no soft drink!.!.!.!.at least wean urself off the soft drink by switching to juice and then try to drink less and less juice all the time)
-no sweet things

also eat very little bread and pasta!. and eat unsalted butter or margarine! u can treat urself to something once a week (a soft drink/icecream/chocolate!.!.!.anything but only once!)

if u want the whole real diet say so and ill post it!. add me if u want!. its not going to be easy!. exercise is a big part too!. y dont u start jogging around ur neighborhood everyday and doing some ab-work or join a gym or better yet a sport like swimming! doing things with others keeps u motivated and its also much more fun!

im sorry ur bro has anorexia btw!. but hey, one thing to remember, dont ever give up!. dont stop the whole diet just cuz u cant stop softdrinks!. maybe u cant do everything, but u can do something!. and trust me itll help!. u arent that overweight if u get ur diet and lifestyle back into control ull be fit and healthy in no time!. be sure to post that pic of u in a bikini ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no matter how "pregnant" you think you look im sure its not that bad!. and i would jsut try and cut out the pop that can actually make you lose weight, umm thats good you changed your chips, also change other stuff to the healthy version and do only the protions it says on the cover if you set your mind to it im sure you can lose the weight you want, you can also look up online workouts to flatten your belly, and do like sits ups and run and all that jazz or maybe you can even make a deal with your brother give him somethin he wants and then you can get the wii fit its really fun by the way!. well good luck and your young dont worry too much it might makes things worse!. hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off, you know you have a food problem and its good you admit it!. The first thing i'd do is talk to your mom and dad!. Have them help you!. Get involved in sports and make a fitness plan where you cut the fats and sweets, and load up on the fruits and veggies!. Also, have your parent hold on to your money so your not tempted to buy candy!. Working out and eating healthy are the best things you can do to lose weight!. It'll be real hard in the beginning, but you've got to stay determined and remember your goal!. When all else fails, go to a councelor!. They're very helpful and give great advice! Don't be ashamed to ask for help- it's better to ask so then you'll be skinny again!
Within a few weeks, those 20 pounds should be GONE!
