Question: A question for the ladies!.!.!.!?
Ladies, do any of you tire way easier when you are working out during your period than at other times of the month!? I slept until noon and was energetic all day long!. Then about 3 miles into what was supposed to be a 10 mile ride (an easy ride since I vary my routes, some of which are 25+ miles), I got really fatigued and stopped at 5!.5 miles!. I usually push forward during a workout but I really could not make myself today, I thought I was going to fall over on my bike!. Any ideas why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is very common to have less energy during your period!.!.!. any doctor can tell you that all of your vitamin levels are a lot lower during your period!. If you feel that you are getting too weak you can take a daily vitamin, or your doctor can prescribe you iron and zinc pills!.!.!. hope this helps!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get tired easily when I'm on my period!. Sometimes I don't even feel like doing anything, It sucks to!. Especially for people like me who work out every day!. I love to be in shape and I love my body!. I've actually went all the way through a 10 mile bike ride 3 months ago and havent had a period for the last to months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are on your period you can suffer from PMDD which interferes with daily routines and can effect your life!. it can cause depression, loss or gain of appetite, fatigue, and numerous things!. its just becuase of your period!. periods cause bloating and fatigue anyway!. i get soooo tired when im on mine!. its horrid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some of those pills you use for your period, like on tv!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
