Question: Does anyone else get stage fright when they go in a public toilet!?
I know it's weired but i can't go in a public toilet if there are other people there, i'm scared i'll be too loud / smelly etc!.!.!. (maybe from too many bad experiences, i have lactose intolerance!.!. lets not go there, and i haven't learnt the art of peeing quietly) i want to know, and be honest, does anyone else feel slightly self concious in the old public toilet!? And this is NOT "too much information" it's a real issue that some of us have to deal with!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that to some degree everybody does!. I mean, its nerve-wracking when the girl in the pubicle next to you makes a loud sound, and when you walk out of your pubicle everybody stares and thinks that it was you, but really we are all humans!. Everybody has bad days when they get dhirroreoah and some have days when we are constiapated, its natural!. Dont worry about making noise, normally there is the sound of people talking about boyfriends/husbands, hand dryers, flushing etc!. Its not actually very easy to hear anything else but that in a ladies toilet! You just have to be confident and try not to think about it too much!. At least were not like guys who stand in a row, and can look around while everybody is peeing to see who has the biggest/largest penis!

Hey, i have lactose intolerance and i think everyone gets a bit nervous!. I do when im in the girls toilets at college but its normal!. My friend cant use any other toilet apart form her own so dont worry if you get very worried i am positive the doctor can help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
don't worry!.!.!.!.when nature calls nobody can stop it and all of us get this idea!. it's not as if u r the only one!.
