There are a bazillion causes of abdominal pain!. Even a doctor (which I'm not, and which you rarely see here) would need more information about exactly where you're hurting and a description of the type of pain!.
Possibilities include gall bladder attack, appendicitis, menstrual cramps, miscarriage, various intestinal ailments and conditions!.!.!.
