If she douches, that could be why!. When women douche in the long run it dries them out!.
The same thing used to happen to me, and it could be a subconscious fear of sex!. She may want to have sex, and be turned on, but somewhere in the back of her mind she is afraid (maybe of pregnancy, or pain) I had the same thing happen until I was sterile and couldn't get pregnant, because I had gotten pregnant on birth control!.

This is normal!. It's hard to have sex more than about 5-10 minutes without needing to apply lube or take a break and go for more later!. Next time instead of making it seem entirely like her fault, remember that you lasted that long without finishing!.!.!.!.so you are partly responsible for it as well!.

Many things can cause vaginal dryness!. My suggestion is to tell her to drink, drink, drink, lots of water, or gatorade! The more hydrated she is prior to sexual activity, the better it will be for both of you! Have her try it, it works!. If for some reason it doesn't, try Astroglide!
